What if an application for a travel visa from the USA has no response before the original expires?
We sent in the proper travel visa extension documents two months ago and the original travel visa expires in two weeks. Is there somewhere we can check the status? What happens if there is no response before the visa expires?

- Once it expires you are out of status (illegally here.) I would check at uscis.gov I know they have some status check links. I don't precisely know about this one.
